Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form after you select your destination country. For orders containing multiple products, you will only be charged the postage cost for the combined weight of the items.
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same business day unless products are ordered after 5pm. If this occurs the order will be picked and shipped the following working day.
If you require delivery of your goods urgently then we have a next day service available. Please note this is not available on all products as they may not be in stock. If you do require delivery urgently on an item where this option is not avialable please phone our customer service team on 0844 209 0042 or e-mail info@studenttailor.co.uk and they will be able to assist you.
Shipping charges for orders from Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly are charged at rates independant of the mainland UK and vary according to the delivery method selected.
All orders delivered to international addresses are delivered using Airmail or DPD. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from and the service you select. Actual delivery times will be displayed when you go through to the store checkout.
Airmail Prices:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches its destination. Student Tailor does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Please note: Our International Courier cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
We accept orders to all BFPO addresses, the delivery charge will be based on the weight of the goods and the items will be dispatched via the Royal Mail. For delivery times please refer to BFPO website.
If your item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
