Our commitment to an extraordinary shopping experience: We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple and easy as possible.

 
How to Exchange an item:

Exchanging a product is simple and easy, we even aim to send out a replacement for free on the same day you contact us...what more could anyone want.....

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service team via returns@studenttailor.co.uk or phone: 0845 114 1144 and let them know:
    1. Your Order Number
    2. What you would like to return and what you would like to exchange the item/s for
  2. We will attempt to process and despatch your exchange the same day as you contact us
  3. Now fill out the form at the base of your receipt noting that you would like an exchange. Please also state the required exchange i.e. you require a 34" Regular pair of trousers exchanged for a 34" Long
  4. Now simply send the unwanted product back along with the cut off form on your receipt within 10 days of notifying us of the exchange
  5. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
  6. A notification e-mail will be sent to you once your unwanted product has been received.

Please note we are unable to exchange any product if you have removed any labels or hang tags from the goods. If these items are removed your exchange will be rejected and you shall be responsible for the return postage to yourself.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure any items for which you have been sent a replacement are returned to Student Tailor. If items are not returned to Student Tailor you will be charged for the outstanding balance of any overdue items after 10 days from the date of initiating the exchange.

*Subject to goods being in stock, you will be advised of the time an exchange will take upon contacting us, products are despatched the same day if exchange request is received prior to 3pm Mon-Fri.

Returns & Refunds
  • Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with a product and do not want an exchange please return it, unworn or unmarked, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with all packaging for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will make the refund directly to the credit/ debit card used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
  • You will only have to pay for the return postage of the product.
  • Please be aware that we are unable to refund any product if you have removed any labels or hang tags from the goods. If these items are removed your refund will be rejected and you shall be responsible for the return postage to yourself.

After completing the relevant stages above please send the product back via a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (i.e. Royal Mail's recorded delivery) and return it to:

**Please note that you will be responsible for the products until they reach Student Tailor. Therefore it is strongly recomended that you insure the products that you are wanting to send back.**
